What is baptism?

Baptism is an important next step in your decision to follow Jesus. It’s an outward declaration of an inward change. Going under the water symbolizes the death and burial of your old sinful self; coming out of the water represents your resurrection as a brand new creation.

“Just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now we also may live new lives”
[
Romans 6:4 NLT]
